FC North is proud to compete within the Girls Academy ecosystem, providing female players with a connected development pathway from U11 through U19.
Beginning with GA Inspire at U11–U12 and continuing through GA Aspire at U13–U19, FC North players have access to development-focused environments built specifically around the female athlete — combining quality coaching, meaningful competition and opportunities to progress.

The Girls Academy is a national youth development platform focused exclusively on the female player — developing athletes both on and off the field while giving players a voice in shaping their experience.
FC North’s participation in Inspire and Aspire connects our players to that larger development ecosystem and creates a clear progression beginning at U11.

Designed specifically for U11 and U12, Inspire introduces young players to the Girls Academy environment through a development-first model.
The emphasis is bigger than results — appropriate competition, meaningful playing opportunities, confidence, learning and long-term development all remain central to the experience.

ASPIRE
WHERE DEVELOPMENT MEETS OPPORTUNITY.
Aspire is the Girls Academy’s tier-two platform, creating a structured, merit-based environment for ambitious clubs and players.
Players compete regionally while gaining access to Regional and National Showcases, college exposure and a national postseason pathway. Aspire is designed to challenge players technically and tactically while creating opportunities for continued advancement.

· FEMALE-FOCUSED DEVELOPMENT – A development environment connected to the Girls Academy’s mission of growing female players as athletes and people.
· MEANINGFUL COMPETITION – Age-appropriate competition at Inspire followed by a challenging, performance-driven Aspire environment.
· A CONNECTED PATHWAY – Inspire introduces players to the GA environment at U11–U12, with Aspire providing the next stage beginning at U13.
· SHOWCASE & COLLEGE EXPOSURE – Aspire players have opportunities to participate in Regional and National Showcases, with exposure to college coaches and scouts.
REGIONAL COMPETITION. NATIONAL OPPORTUNITY.
Aspire combines regional league competition with opportunities to compete on larger stages. The platform includes Regional and National Showcases, talent identification and a national postseason for qualifying teams.
FC North is officially listed in the 2026–27 Aspire New England Conference, alongside clubs including NEFC, FC Boston Bolts, IFA, Seacoast United Massachusetts, Western United Pioneers and others.
