FC North proudly welcomes teams from across New England and the Northeast to the FC North Cup, one of Connecticut’s premier Columbus Day Weekend tournaments. Featuring top-level competition, outstanding facilities, and professional tournament management, the FC North Cup has become a favorite destination for clubs seeking a competitive and enjoyable tournament experience.
The tournament is open to Boys and Girls U9 through U14/15 and welcomes teams competing in Premier, Select, EDP, ECNL, Girls Academy (GA), MLS NEXT Academy, and other competitive leagues.
The FC North Cup is sanctioned by the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) and United States Youth Soccer (USYS) and follows all applicable tournament rules and eligibility requirements.

Teams will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis until divisions reach capacity.
Tournament Format
The FC North Cup is designed to provide every team with a competitive and enjoyable tournament experience. The number of matches each team plays may vary slightly based on division size and competition format.

U11–U12 | 3–4 Games | Format determined by division size and competition level |
U13–U14/15 | 3–4 Games | Format determined by division size and competition level |
Tournament brackets and formats may be adjusted as necessary to provide the best competitive experience for all participating teams.
Match Lengths

U11–U12 | Two 30-minute halves |
U13–U14/15 | Two 35-minute halves |

Payment is required at the time of registration. Teams will not be accepted into the tournament without payment on file.

Tournament Policies
- Teams with outstanding balances after the payment deadline will be placed on the waiting list.
- Any accepted team that withdraws from the tournament forfeits its entry fee.
- No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond the tournament’s control.
- All teams must comply with CJSA and USYS tournament eligibility requirements.
