FC North is a Connecticut-based soccer club committed to providing players with a complete development experience from their first touches on the ball through elite youth, collegiate and adult competition.
Our goal is simple: create an environment where players can develop close to home, be challenged at the appropriate level, and have access to increasingly competitive opportunities as they grow.
With programming from U6 through U23, FC North provides a connected pathway supported by experienced coaches, multiple training locations and a shared commitment to player development.

Our Mission
Our mission is to develop confident, skilled and passionate soccer players in an environment that challenges them to reach their potential both on and off the field.
We believe development is not a one-size-fits-all process. Players grow at different rates and need different levels of challenge throughout their soccer journey.
Our responsibility is to provide the right environment at the right time — from introductory clinics and local teams to regional and elite competition — while maintaining a consistent standard of coaching, development and culture throughout FC North.
We want players to love the game, embrace competition, develop confidence and continually challenge themselves to improve.
Our Evolution: Introducing FC North
One State. One Club.
In 2026, we made the defining decision to evolve from CFC North to FC North.
The transition represents much more than a new name. It reflects our vision of building a complete soccer destination in Connecticut with a pathway that allows players to begin their journey with us at U6 and continue through U23.
FC North brings our programs, locations, coaches and competitive platforms together under one identity and one developmental philosophy.
Players shouldn’t have to leave their community simply because they are ready for their next challenge. Our goal is to create those opportunities within FC North.

At the heart of our crest, the North Star represents our commitment to excellence, integrity and development. It symbolizes the standard we strive to set for our players, coaches and club.
The “N”
Built on ambition. Driven by unity.
The bold central “N” represents North and the communities that make up our club. Its modern design reflects our ambition to continue moving forward while bringing players, families and coaches together under one identity.

The CT at the base of our shield represents the state and communities we proudly call home. FC North is committed to creating opportunities for Connecticut players to develop and compete at increasingly higher levels without losing their connection to their local soccer community.
The FC North Player Pathway

Our pathway is designed to provide opportunities for players at different ages, abilities and ambitions, with the ability to progress as they develop.
Foundation | U6–U10
This is where the journey begins.
Our youngest players develop their technical foundation, creativity, confidence and love for the game through clinics, developmental programs and competitive teams.
The emphasis is on touches, decisions, small-sided play and creating players who are comfortable with the ball.
Development & Progression | U11–U14
As players grow, the environment becomes increasingly competitive and tactical.
Players continue developing individually while learning the team concepts, decision-making and competitive habits necessary for higher levels of the game.
Multiple competitive pathways allow players to be challenged at the level appropriate for their development.
Elite, Showcase & Beyond | U15–U23
Our older players are prepared for the demands of elite club, high school, collegiate and post-youth soccer.
Through high-level league competition, showcases, college exposure and our U23 programming, FC North provides players with opportunities to continue pursuing the game at the level their ability and ambition can take them.
Develop Close to Home. Compete at the Highest Level.
One of the defining principles of FC North is our ability to combine the benefits of a local soccer community with the opportunities of a larger competitive club.
Our SportsWorld, Wolves and Star Hill branches allow younger players and families to train and develop closer to home.
As players progress, FC North creates opportunities to bring top players together for Academy, Regional and Elite programming, providing increased levels of competition without requiring families to leave the club to find their next opportunity.
