FC North U23 Summer Teams

Stay Sharp. Stay Fit. Prepare for Your Next Season.

FC North is excited to offer Men’s and Women’s U23 Summer Teams for college players, recent alumni and select high-level high school players looking to train and compete in a quality environment during the summer months.

The program is designed to give players returning home from college an opportunity to stay sharp, maintain fitness and prepare for their upcoming collegiate season while competing alongside other experienced players from throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.

For graduating high school juniors and seniors preparing to enter the college game, the program also provides valuable exposure to the pace, intensity and expectations of a collegiate training environment.

Summer 2027 Program

The FC North U23 program is expected to run from early June through late July 2027, with both men’s and women’s teams.

Programming is expected to include:

• Two training sessions per week
• Approximately one competitive match per week
• Training based out of • SportsWorld in East Windsor
• Competition against college-based and U23 teams from throughout Connecticut
• Technical and tactical development
• Strength, conditioning and preparation for the college season

The program has traditionally competed in the Farmington Sports Arena U23 League, which has included teams and players affiliated with programs such as Trinity, Eastern Connecticut State, University of Saint Joseph, CCSU, FSA and other local colleges.

Who Is the Program For?

FC North U23 Summer Teams are primarily intended for:

• Current collegiate players returning home for the summer
• Recent college graduates and alumni looking to continue competing
• Incoming college freshmen preparing for their first collegiate preseason
• Select high-level high school juniors and seniors who are ready for the college training environment

All participating players maintain amateur status.
